LeCosmetique Refund & Return Policy

I don't like my product
If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchase for any reason, please contact us via email with your order number to arrange your return within 7 days of receiving the product. We will issue a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee once we receive the return. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct our shipping costs from the credit. 

**Returned product must be unused and unopened.**

Damaged or incorrect products

Should you receive a damaged product, or incorrect product, we will be happy to issue a full refund. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a refund as well. 

If you are returning the product, be sure to include your sales receipt in the return package. We will issue a full refund for shipping fees if the return was the result of our error. You will be responsible for return shipping fees if the return is not due to our error. 

If you request a refund, please allow 2 business days from when we receive your return for a credit to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 days after we process your refund for it to post on your account.
